After a long European pro-road season, I arrived mid October 2004 in Australia to participate at the iconic Crocodile Trophy MTB.

 

I fell in love with the vastness and contrasting environments of the Australian Outback ... and with an Australian girl. In 2006 I would take the overall win at the Crocodile Trophy, my last competitive race.

Since then Australia has been my home away from home (Grammont, BELGIUM) and I felt it was time as an imported Omeo local to share my passion and knowledge for both cycling and the Omeo Region with cycling enthusiasts like yourselves.
